123NET is looking for an energetic, reliable self-starter to join our fiber team. The- ideal candidate for the Fiber Placement Team Member position would be someone who has some fiber knowledge/experience, is interested in working outside with their hands, and is a team player. A Fiber Placement Crew Member position involves installing inner duct & fiber optic cable for delivering high-speed internet to commercial customers. The position involves operating and working around heavy machinery (Vermeer boring machines, excavators, jackhammers, masonry saws, etc.) and working with a team of professionals to carry out the installation of the fiber optic cables by following plans approved by the city or county. In-field training provided.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid Driver’s License Required
- Reliable Transportation
- Willing to Work in All Weather Conditions
- Chauffer’s License and/or Commercial Driver’s License are a Plus
- Knowledge of Fiber Recommended
- 40-60 Hours/Week
