123NET is seeking an Account Manager to join the growing team:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Key liaison to existing customer base charged with nurturing & expanding relationships
- Organically grow business through introduction, education, & promotion of new 123NET product and offerings
- Perform account reviews for clients to gain a better understanding of business needs and client expectations
- Interface with internal departments to facilitate client requests for renewals, upgrades, moves, & changes to services
- Serve as an additional resource for both clients & agents
- Collaborate with internal sales team to develop initiatives & opportunities to better serve customer base
- Provide practical solutions & creative approaches to complex applications
- Productively assist the 123NET team to grow the channel’s business & achieve the projected revenue growth, as defined by the company’s business plans and strategic goals
- Maintain open & effective lines of communication throughout the organization to support a sense of teamwork, enthusiasm, pride & quality workmanship
- Reinforce the company’s commitment to excellence
- Engage in competitive intelligence to stay educated on industry trends
- Use creative skills to collaborate with the Director of Marketing on impactful material and promotions
- Contribute effectively outside ofyour core role and make time to help other colleagues
QUALIFICATIONS
- At Least 1-3 Years of Telecom Sales Experience
- Have a Competitive Edge & Hunger to Win
- Strategic Thinker
- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication
- Show Interest in 123NET’s Success
- Knowledge of Data Center Services, Dedicated Internet, MPLS, Fixed Wireless, PRI, SIP, PBX & Ethernet Services
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
