The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible. Position Description:

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered & completed to client satisfaction
  • Facilitate client requests for installations, renewals, upgrades, moves & changes to services
  • Oversee & track tasks, timelines & resources needed to meet project objectives as well as providing relevant parties with updates on projects
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including project activities, work plans, resources &equipment

Qualifications:

  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail & multi-tasking
  • Experience communicating effectively with others
  • Strategic thinker who makes sound decisions
  • Show an intense interest in 123NET’s success
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Telecommunications knowledge (preferred but not required)
  • IP Networking knowledge (preferred but not required)
  • Construction Industry knowledge (preferred but not required)
