  • Review, process, and submit permit applications to Michigan municipalities.
  • Document and maintain permit approvals and project statuses.
  • Provide administrative support and act as a liaison with internal teams.
  • Conduct research and maintain records of municipal standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via various communication channels.
  • Collaborate with city officials, designers, and construction crews to overcome challenges.
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule through effective issue resolution.
  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complexities.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Minimum 2 years of telecom or construction-related experience preferred.
  • Experience in telecom, permitting, or related fields preferred.
  • Ability to read construction plans and blueprints.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications.
  • Legal knowledge beneficial but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
