Southfield, Michigan, May 26, 2026: Noah Lessaris, 123NET’s Data Center Development Director, has been named one of DBusiness magazine’s “30 in Their Thirties” for 2026. This annual recognition honors metro Detroit business professionals in their thirties who are driving meaningful change within their companies, industries and communities.

The Class of 2026 honorees help manage major corporations, run small businesses, oversee nonprofit organizations, and, in the case of one recipient, serves as a judge on the Michigan Court of Appeals. Lessaris and his fellow honorees were recognized at a special awards breakfast at the International Banquet and Conference Center in Detroit. The Class is featured in the May/June 2026 issue of DBusiness.

Lessaris joined 123NET shortly after graduating from Illinois State. Over the past eight years, he’s managed various account teams and was recently appointed Director of Data Center Development. He also serves as Director of Strategic Peering for the Detroit Internet Exchange, a nonprofit that works to improve internet connectivity by growing peer participation and traffic, and by routing traffic between aligned networks.

In his DBusiness feature, Lessaris explains that data centers are critical for ensuring connectivity, internet bandwidth and the availability of power to run the necessary equipment. “Folks who are sitting at home watching Netflix or Disney should know that’s not possible without Michigan’s data centers.”

Lessaris credits 123NET for investing in his career development. “I came into the industry green. I didn’t know much about it at all. 123NET provided the training and created a platform for me to become successful,” he said.
