“Light Years Ahead” is the theme of the Fiber Connect Conference 2026, hosted by the Fiber Broadband Association. The event brings together about 5,000 leaders, innovators and visionaries shaping the future of fiber broadband for a four-day conference in Orlando to explore the technologies, partnerships and policies driving the next wave of connected communities.

Amanda Griffith, Director of Fiber Engineering at 123NET, is participating in the panel discussion, “Improving Project Efficiency Through Collaboration, Clarity and Proactive Engagement,” a session examining how clear communication, collaborative planning and proactive stakeholder engagement can reduce delays and control costs.

Efficiency isn’t just about speed; it’s about alignment. Attendees will discover strategies and gain practical tools for coordinating across teams, contractors and local authorities to keep projects on track and transform complexity into smooth execution and predictable results.
