ACCOUNT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Key liaison to existing customer base charged with nurturing and expanding relationships
  • Organically grow business through introduction, education and promotion of new 123Net products and offerings
  • Perform account reviews for clients to gain better understanding of business needs and client expectations
  • Interface with internal departments to facilitate client requests for renewals, upgrades, moves, and changes to service
  • Serve as an additional resource for both clients and Agents
  • Collaborate with internal sales team to develop initiatives and opportunities to better serve customer base

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of five years business-to-business sales account management experience
  • Telecom experience required
  • Strong knowledge of MPLS, Colocation, IP, Fixed Wireless, TDM, SIP, PBX, SONET, Optical


Networking:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience developing and maintaining long-term business relationships
  • The ability to effectively communicate with both clients and peers
  • Ability to negotiate efficiently and directly with the client or Agent
  • Strategic thinker who makes sound decisions
  • Ability to multi-task and meet multiple timelines
  • Show an intense interest in 123Net’s success
  • Capacity to problem-solve and create solutions


Required Experience:

  • Telecommunications Sales: 5 years
  • Bachelor’s
