As 123NET’s Sales Support member, you will be responsible for using our systems to provide pricing, proposals, and contracts for the sales team. You’ll provide support to our sales team to be more effective and efficient in the field. You will investigate and explore opportunities and help the sales team generate new business by doing so.   • Pricing for Opportunities
  • Education on Products & Pricing in Conjunction with Sales Engineering
  • Continually Review Pricing Strategies for New & Existing Products
  • Assist in Training New Hires
  • Help with Product Placement
  • Hold Sales Team Accountable for Pricing
  • Verifying Competitive Information
  • Entering Prequalification for Fiber & Wireless
  • Engage Directly with Type II Service Providers
  • Work Closely with Engineers with Complex Requests
  • Track Special Pricing & Report Data to Management
  • Work with Development Team to Improve Internal Systems
  • General Assistance for Supporting Multiple Channels, Including but not Limited to Direct, Strategic, Wholesale, Account Management, Agent & Carrier Sales


  • Experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, or Telecommunications
  • Full-time
  • Microsoft Office – Word, Excel & Outlook
  • High School Degree or Equivalent


  • Experience Working in an Administrative Support Role
  • Prior Experience in the Telecommunications Industry (and/or Ad Sales) Desired
  • Self-Motivated & Able to Think Strategically
  • Ability to Work in a Cross-Functional Environment, Influencing Stakeholders While Meeting Tight Timeframes & Deadlines
  • Effective Communicator with All Levels in the Organization as well as Internal & External Stakeholders
  • CRM Experience
  • Ability to Prioritize & Work Several Projects Concurrently
