Position: Sales Intern

Principal Accountabilities

  • Develop Leads for 123NET services
  • Learn how to develop inquiries from Live Chat & our sales line into leads
  • Work closely with the sales team to learn the 123NET Sales Method
  • Work closely with Sales Support as an overflow
  • Help with administrative tasks upon request

Secondary Accountabilities

  • Develop key sales skills, techniques & product knowledge
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, receive continuous product instruction & sales process training
  • Learn and understand how 123NET services are used & delivered
  • Achieve a strong competency in all 123NET databases, tools & processes
  • Complete client profile data with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) through telephone / in-person contact with client-base

Qualifications

  • Business acumen, intellectual curiosity
  • Strong communication skills (oral, listening& written)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop rapport, influence others & maintain positive working relationships
  • High proficiency with MS Office, & overall technical skills/aptitude, ability to learn new technology quickly
