This Permit Coordinator will be responsible for preparing and submitting applications to municipalities, maintaining job status reports, and communicating with city officials, designers, and construction crews to troubleshoot day-to-day challenges.   • Must be personable and have excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills
  • Must have the ability to work within a team and independently
  • Problem solving / creativity and complex thinking
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
  • CAD experience is beneficial but not required Prior permitting or telecom experience is beneficial but not required
  • Experience with legal documents / legal knowledge is beneficial but not required
