An Accounts Payable Clerk will require a wide variety of skill sets from entry-level, recent graduates, experienced bookkeepers to seasoned professionals.   • Bank Reconciliations
  • Payroll & Benefits Administrator
  • Oversight of Corporate Insurance Policies
  • Budgeting
  • Projections
  • Internal Controls
  • Cost Analysis
  • Month End & Year End Closing
  • Journal Entry Preparation
  • File Required Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Taxes
  • Perform Year End Review/Audit with External CPA Firm
  • Financing / Understand Terms & Conditions of Loan Agreements & Meet all Required Reporting
  • Documents Policies, Procedures & Workflow for Assigned Areas of Responsibility / Implement or Amend Policies as needed.
  • Identify, Drive & Implement Process Improvements within the Accounting Department

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • B.A. / B.S. Degree in Accounting or Finance (or Currently Obtaining One)
  • 1+ Years of Experience in the Field
  • Strong Knowledge of Corporate Finance, Accounting & Financial Statements.
  • Proficiency Working in Excel & an Accounting Software
  • Ability to Multitask & Manage Time Effectively
  • Outstanding Quantitative & Qualitative Analytical Skills
  • Superior Written & Oral Communication Skills
