Affordable Services in Southeast Michigan Frontier Areas

Southfield, MI – August, 2011 - 123Net announced today that it has completed its initial buildout into Southeastern Michigan’s Frontier service area with the completion of its buildout in the Frontier Saline Central Office. With the additional of Saline to 123Net’s list of over 35 Central Offices in Michigan, 123Net is able to serve even more areas of Michigan serviced by AT&T and Frontier at affordable rates.

“This is real exciting for us, as this allows us and our wholesale customers a chance to win deals we may have otherwise not been able to in the past.” said James Kandler, Network Engineer. “It also gives us the opportunity to offer fully redundant IP solutions within the Saline area by supplementing our existing Wireless network customers with landline alternatives. This offers them the most resilient solution by offering wireless/wireline failover.”

With the recent price increases where Frontier is the local carrier, 123Net is mitigating these higher prices by building out its network to key locations such as Saline. In addition to this buildout, 123Net has invested in capacity to other Southeast Michigan towns primarily serviced by Frontier such as White Lake. In the near future, 123Net will also be adding additional capacity in Milford and Richmond.
